This is basically a portable version of super stardust HD for the PS3, which is one of the best topdown shooters out there as far as Im concerned Superb controls, great graphics, achievements, online realtime score tracking, what more do you want? More than worth the $2 price tag, and is the #1 played game on my iPhone.

My only complaint is that my upgrades wont save, if it changes this game would be my favorite game

Nice graphics but could use a lot more levels! And it didnt save my upgrades when I played it the next day.

The game controls are customizable, and there are different options for different types of players (gyro, two-hands, button placement, etc.), which is nice. The graphics are top notch and I didnt notice any issues with the processor of my iPad 2 trying to keep up with the ridiculous amount of action on the screen. A very fun experience.

Amazing graphics, top notch gameplay, intense arcade action and smooth frame rate (3Gs). Upgrades for ship a nice addition and amazing space dual "stick" shooter. Best dual stick shooter Ive played to date. Grab it while you can for free, but worth every bit of $.99! A+ The critics are spot on, every iDevice user should have Meteor Blitz!

Great game to play. Upgrades are awesome as well. Like some people say it doesnt your save upgrades it tells how to in the tutorial. Graphics are great and controls very simply.

Its a great game I play it for hours at a time but I would like for the global scores to work other than that its an awesome game

Awesome app. You must get it!! Its so much fun and additive! But could you add a online mode? Where people can play on teams and/or against each other?

My game always saved, never had a problem there. I love the way it pauses when you let go of the screen. Thats such a smart idea.

This game is addictive and I ply it everyday but it should have online multiplayer

this game is good, but one huge flaw is that there is no option/feature to save your upgrades and play an earlier lvl. The game wipes away your previous upgrades even if you beat arcade mode once, same seems to be for suvival. It makes going back to the game pointless after you beat it because u have to "work" to get ur upgrades again

Cool game but wish it is bluetooth and multiplayer
